The most famous Greek dances and their interesting rhythms are discussed in the second part of this page. Being far from anything like a pro I know how to dance all these dances. There are actually courses to study Greek dancing which is an excellent way to work out by the way...
Why this page? Well, when I was a little girl Greece was my all time favorite country, my "big love" 
. How come? It all got started with this special holiday week at age nine. I still love Greece very much, visit as often as I can. When I heard Greek music for the first time I fell for it. This hasn't changed a bit in all those years. My Greek music collection fills several DVDs of mp3. I collect everything, especially the old style songs. If you share this passion feel free to contact me. I`d like to meet other Greek music lovers on the net.
These pages are a tribute to one of the most beautiful places in the world and my love for Greek music. Did you know that both the State of Greece and my web site share the same birthday date? Yes really, it is March 25th. Nice coincidence anyway... Enjoy!
